Inhabit with Alessia Citro & Friends Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Sponsor: This promotion is sponsored by 'Inhabit with Alessia Citro & Friends' (the "Podcast"), a part of Inhabit LLC (the "Company"), located at 1846 E Innovation Park Drive, Suite 100, Oro Valley, Arizona 85755. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform used throughout the contest.
2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Podcast or Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. Promotion Period: The giveaway operates on a weekly cycle, beginning every Sunday at 2:30 PM MST and concluding the following Monday at 2:29 PM MST. The first cycle starts on February 18, 2024, and ends on February 25, 2024. Subsequent cycles will commence immediately following the conclusion of the previous cycle, each lasting for one week ("Promotion Period"). Entries must be submitted within the respective week's Promotion Period to be eligible for that week's prize(s). Entries submitted before or after a given Promotion Period will not be considered for that specific week's prize(s) but may be eligible for subsequent weeks if submitted during an appropriate Promotion Period.
4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must leave an honest rating, screenshot it, and email it to support@alessiacitro.com. For an additional five entries, participants can write an honest review, screenshot it, and email it to the same address. Sharing the Podcast on your Instagram stories and tagging @alessiacitro__ will also grant five additional entries. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
5. Prizes: During each Promotion Period, for every five ratings received, one winner will be selected to receive a prize. The prize for each winner is a signed copy of Higher Self Habits, the upcoming book by Alessia Citro. The selection of winners will be based on a random drawing from all eligible entries received during each Promotion Period. The exact number of prizes awarded will depend on the number of eligible ratings received; there will be one prize awarded per every five ratings. For example, if 25 ratings are received in a week, there will be five winners for that week.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except in the discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Company. Winners will be notified via email within 24 hours after the drawing. Prize can be claimed by completing a Google Form they’ll receive in the notification email. The Podcast and Company shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to any reason, e.g., spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings, or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within two weeks from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Terms & Conditions: The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion should for any reason, e.g., virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Company’s control, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion. In such case, The Company may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Company.
8. Data Protection and Privacy Policy: By entering this promotion, participants expressly consent to be added to the Podcast’s email list for future communications, updates, and marketing materials. Participants will have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in every email.
Information submitted with an entry, including but not limited to name, email address, and any other personal data provided, is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Podcast and Company website: https://alessiacitro.com/privacy-policy. By participating in this giveaway, participants agree that their information may be used by the Company and its affiliates for the administration of this promotion and related activities, such as announcing winners and distributing prizes.

You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Company and not to Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network.
10. By Entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.
11. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Maricopa County, Arizona, having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
