Sedona Soul Scribe Women’s Writing Retreat
Terms & Conditions
Event Dates: August 24–29, 2025
Location: Jerome, Arizona
Deposit & Payment Schedule
A nonrefundable deposit of $1,250 is required to secure your spot at the retreat. This deposit is applied toward your total retreat fee.
The remaining balance is split into two payments:
First payment: Due by June 15, 2025
Final payment: Due by July 30, 2025
Custom payment plans are available upon request. Please contact us before booking if you need to arrange an alternative payment schedule.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable under any circumstances.
Refunds for payments beyond the deposit are available as follows:
In the event of a documented emergency (illness, family emergency, etc.), you may transfer your payment (less the deposit) to a future retreat or program within 12 months, subject to availability. If your spot is filled by another participant, you will receive a refund (less the deposit and any credit card processing fees).
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another qualified participant, provided the transferee meets all participation requirements and is approved by INHABIT LLC. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with the transfer process. A $100 administrative fee will apply.
Optional Fifth Night
The fifth night of the retreat (August 28) is available as an optional add-on for a flat, nonrefundable fee of $500. You may select this option at booking or add it later for $750, subject to availability.
What’s Included
All meals and lodging for the duration of the retreat
Dedicated writing time and space in a supportive, inspiring environment
Onsite editing support to help you refine your work
Access to online workshops before and after the retreat to prepare you for and support a productive writing experience
Participation in all scheduled group activities, including but not limited to song and sound baths, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and breathwork sessions, and any other activities organized as part of the retreat
Access to the Audio Authority Blueprint audiobook course
What’s Not Included
Publishing services (formatting, cover design, etc.)
Travel to and from the retreat location
Any additional services not listed above
Accommodations & Room Selection
All rooms are single occupancy in a private room, except for the Cloud room and select pullouts/daybeds.
Bathrooms are shared, with no more than four guests per bathroom (most share with just two or three).
Room selection is first-come, first-served based on deposit order. Booked rooms will be marked as unavailable.
If the retreat does not sell out, you may be upgraded to a higher room category as available.
Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk
By registering, you acknowledge that participation in the retreat involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances. You agree to release, waive, and discharge INHABIT LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained while participating in the retreat, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
You assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained as a result of participating in the retreat.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the retreat, including but not limited to any claims brought by third parties.
Medical & Emergency Policy
You are responsible for your own medical care and expenses. INHABIT LLC does not provide medical services or insurance coverage for the retreat.
In case of emergency, you authorize INHABIT LLC to seek medical treatment on your behalf at your expense.
Emergency contact information will be required prior to the retreat.
Photography & Media Release
By attending, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during the retreat to be used for promotional, marketing, or other business purposes without compensation or further consent.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
By registering for the Sedona Soul Scribe Women’s Writing Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

- 60 days or more before the retreat: 75% refund of payments made, less the nonrefundable deposit and any credit card processing fees.

- 30–44 days before the retreat: 25% refund of payments made, less the nonrefundable deposit and any credit card processing fees.
- Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds will be issued.
